Why am I suspended?

You could be suspended for one of two reasons. Firstly, it maybe because you have a debit balance on your account. In this case, you will have to make the payment due to ZOL so that your account is reactivated.

If you had have made the payment, then the reason could be that ZOL has not received your proof of payment (this applies to payments made via direct deposit or RTGS).

Whatever the reason, please contact our call centre so that we can get your reconnected A.S.A.P.

What happens when I have used up my bandwidth allocation?

Your account will automatically be placed into a “best effort” pipe where the speeds will be significantly slower than normal. The good news is that if you pay for additional usage, your normal speeds will resume.
