For all customers that make direct deposit into any of our accounts.
We will need the following information from you.

• A copy of the deposit slip as proof of payment.
• You should clearly write on the deposit slip the email address or the customer ID number of the account to be credited.
• You should then fax the deposit slip to Shanon's attention (Fax Number: +263 (4) 702-375).

For those who make direct transfers from their bank to ours.

• Please provide us with the transfer reference number and the exact amount deposited so we can credit your account.
