At
the top of the page, click on "Tools", then "Accounts"
Click
on "Mail" and the mail page will open. Then click on "Add",
then "Mail" again
It will ask you to enter the Display Name - Type in your Full
Name
Fill
in your e-mail address - Click on Next
Incoming
Mail Server - incoming.zol.co.zw
Outgoing
Mail Server - outgoing.zol.co.zw - Click on Next
In
Account Name, put in the E-mail Address and then fill in the
password - Click on Next
To
complete the set-up of your account, click on "Finish". You
will see that your account has been created.
Highlight
your account, and then click on "Properties". Go to "Connection"
and where it says "Connect to this account using" click on the
box to create a tick, and then click on the down arrow and select
"ZOL". Then, every time you go into Outlook Express, it will
bring up a dial-up box and give you the option to either "Work
Offline" or "Connect".
Lastly,
go into "Tools" and "Options" and click on "Connection". Then
click to put a tick where it says, "Hang up when finished sending
and receiving" so that the program will immediately disconnect
you once you have sent or received mail.
In
Microsoft Outlook:
Go
into Outlook
At

If
you use a modem to dial up and get your email then the option
to Connect using my phone line should be selected, with ZOL
dialer selected in the Use the following Dial up networking
connection menu. If there is no ZOL dialer in the menu then
you can add one by clicking on the Add button and following
the Internet connection wizard.
To
complete the set-up of your account, click on "Finish". You
will see that your account has been created.
